Before the covid-19 pandemic, Medion Plastic was visited by several customers, including PT Otto Pharmacheutical, PT Trifa Raya Laboratories, and PT Solas Langgeng Sejahtera. The visit was an audit agenda to Medion Plastic as a new supplier, referring to regulations in CPOB and ISO 9001.
In the audit, the customer was provided an explanation of the plastic processing procedure starting from receiving raw materials to production processes to finished products ready to be sent to the customer. The process refers to the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System and the ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System.
According to the results of the audit, Medion Plastic passed as a supplier to pharmaceutical industry customers. This further motivates us to continue improving the quality of our products and services for customers.
