On August 26, 2024, Medion Plastic again received a visit from PT Afiat (PT Perseroan Dagang dan Industri Farmasi Afiat). The presence of PT Afiat aims to conduct an audit related to the feasibility of Medion Plastic as a supplier of packaging materials in accordance with the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry (Good Manufacturing Practices). Although it is not the first time, this audit feels different because previously the audit was carried out virtually at the end of 2021.
The audit activity was attended by 16 representatives, from PT Afiat and PT Medion. The series of activities began with the opening, plant tour, audit of the production floor and documents and closed with the submission of audit results and group photos.
The audit results stated that Medion Plastic got good results and has met the requirements as a supplier of pharmaceutical packaging materials. This proves that Medion Plastic always maintains its quality because it is supported by modern infrastructure and technology.
In addition, through the implementation of this audit, it is an opportunity for participants to exchange information and experiences so that they can provide input to each other for both parties.
