Medion provides TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) training to its employees as part of its implementation of the Medion Care value of Continuous Learning. TPM is one of the methods used to enhance productivity in the workplace, aiming to create more efficient processes. In this training program, which began in September 2022, participants are encouraged to drive improvements by analyzing and eliminating causes of waste/losses to the greatest extent possible through the pillars of TPM. The results of these improvements were then presented at the TPM Convention on April 12nd, 2023.

The TPM Convention is an award ceremony for participants who have successfully completed the program. The results presented are assessed directly by Medion’s top management. There are three categories of winners, namely Diamond, Platinum, and Gold, each of which is awarded to two groups based on their scores.

Participants successfully demonstrated how the improvements made had a positive impact on the company (impact on business, processes, and people). The TPM Convention created total value creation that had a significant impact on profits in the form of savings and process effectiveness. The TPM Convention is one of Medion’s strategic steps to continue innovating in response to the challenges of the times.
